How long do shipments take?
- Standard Shipping: 3 – 7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1 – 3 business days.
*Remember that we have shipments to all over the world.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept payments by credit card and debit card.
*If your purchase is made by direct message on Instagram or Whatsapp, we accept payments by bank transfer.
It is important to read the return policies before finalizing your purchase. Since for hygiene reasons we DO NOT make returns on swimsuits.
If your product has a factory defect or you want to change the size, learn about our exchange policies.
How to request a factory default change?
- The customer can request an exchange of her product if it has a factory defect.
- The piece must be in perfect condition (as the package was received), with its label and in the original packaging.
- The client must contact a maximum of 20 calendar days after receiving their order via WhatsApp +52 55 6227 6199
- Indicating your: full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos).
- Liech Antel sends you the return guide and once the product is checked and is in good condition, the replacement will be sent to you.
We will review your case within 15 calendar days from the date we receive the products and the replacement will be sent to the original order address.
How to request an exchange for size?
- The client can request to exchange her product for another size, of that same product, having to cover the new shipping guide on her part.
- The client must contact a maximum of 20 calendar days after receiving their order to WhatsApp +52 55 6227 6199 indicating their: full name, order number and information to exchange for the new size.
- LIECH ANTEL MÉXICO reserves the right to make modifications to shipping times.
- Once the client receives her shipping waybill with her tracking number, LIECH ANTEL MÉXICO does not undertake to provide information on shipping history, notifications or information on the status of orders.
- The customer must track their shipment on the parcel company's website or contact them directly. The client has 30 calendar days after receiving her shipping guide for any clarification.
- LIECH ANTEL MÉXICO is not responsible for delays or problems in shipments with parcels.
- LIECH ANTEL MÉXICO reserves the right to request the necessary information or documentation from the customer in case there are doubts about their shipping address or suspicion of possible fraud.
LIECH ANTEL MÉXICO reserves the right to make changes to estimated shipping times.
How do I choose the correct size?
Check our size guide available on the product page to find the perfect fit.
How should I care for my swimsuits?
Once you have been to the pool or beach, we recommend rinsing your swimsuit with fresh water.
We recommend hand washing with cold water and air drying. Avoid using bleach and do not put them in the dryer.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
