Once you make your payment, the order is processed within 1 to 3 business days depending on the order load.

Once order is processed, the shipping time is accordingly to the delivery of your choice. We managed deliveries through Estafeta.

Standard shipping We handle parcel delivery by Estafeta, the delivery time is 3 to 7 business days in economic shipping. The cost is $175.00 MXN to all Mexico.

Express Shipment: Express delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. The cost is $350.00 MXN to all Mexico.

» For models upon request, the customer accepts the estimated shipping times according to the model.

» LIECH ANTEL SWIMWEAR reserves the right to make changes in shipping times. Generally, for in-stock models the order processing time takes approximately 1 to 3 days.

Once the customer receives her waybill with tracking number, LIECH ANTEL SWIMWEAR does not undertake to provide shipping history information, notifications, or order status information. The customer must track her shipment on the carrier's website or contact them directly. The customer has 30 calendar days after receiving the waybill for any clarification.

» The time it takes for the package to arrive depends on the type of waybill chosen by the customer: economic $175.00 from 3 to 5 days or express $350.00 from 2 to 3 business days, applicable to shipments in Mexico.

» LIECH ANTEL SWIMWEAR is not responsible for shipping delays or problems with delivery by courier.

» LIECH ANTEL SWIMWEAR reserves the right to request the necessary information or documentation from the customer in case there are doubts about the customer's shipping address or suspicion of possible fraud.

» It is important to read the return policy before finalizing your purchase. For hygiene reasons we DO NOT make returns on swimsuits.

How to request an exchange due to a manufacturing defect:

» The customer can request the exchange of her product if it presents any factory defect.

» The piece must be in perfect condition (as the package was received), with its label and in the original packaging.

Indicating her: full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos).

We will review your case within 15 days from the date we receive the products, and the replacement will be shipped to the original order address.

How to request an exchange for size:

» The customer can request to exchange her product for another size, of that same product having to cover the new waybill on her part.

» The customer should contact us no later than 20 days after receiving her order at WhatsApp +52 984 16 7327.

Indicating her: full name, order number and the information for the exchange for the new size.
